Dr. Gerald Moy (Gerry)

We wish to dedicate this issue of AJFAND to Dr. Gerald Moy (Gerry), a dear friend of AJFAND, of Kenya and of FOSTEP-Kenya. FOSTEP-Kenya, IUFoST adhering body, was nurtured and supported in its infant years by a number of renown food science professionals including Dr Gerry Moy, whose expertise was in Food Safety.

Gerry mentored a good number of FoSTEP-Kenya professionals.

He is missed. May his soul rest in Eternal Peace.

We wish his family peace and comfort.
