[1] Dr. Ir. Andi Artiningsih [Indonesia] ST., MT., IPM., Asean Eng. Born in Benteng, September 20, 1971, graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, University of Muslim Indonesia (FTI-UMI) in 1998. Graduated with a Master's degree in Chemistry, University of Hasanuddin (UNHAS-Makassar) - Indonesia - in 2003. Graduated with a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, University of Muslim Indonesia (UMI) in 2010. Graduated with a Doctoral degree in Earth and Environmental Technology, University of Hasanuddin (UNHAS - Makassar) - University of Hasanuddin - in 2019. Currently a permanent lecturer in the Chemical Engineering study program, Faculty of Industrial Technology, University of Muslim Indonesia (UMI). Teaching Basic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Sustainable Natural Resources, Advanced Engineering Thermodynamics, Mining Waste Processing Technology, Chemical Industrial Processes, Physical Chemistry, Mining Environmental Engineering, Waste Processing and Utilization Technology and Mining Environmental Engineering. Served as Secretary of the Mining Engineering Department i in 2012 - 2015; as Secretary of the Chemical Engineering Department in 2015 - 2019; as Head of the Basic Chemistry Laboratory in 2019 - 2023; as Secretary of the Master of Chemical Engineering Study Program in 2004 until now, 2026.

[2] Dr. Richard Bukenya [Uganda] is a lecturer in the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition at Makerere University, Uganda. He holds a PhD in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, USA. With extensive experience in collaborative and inclusive programming, his research focuses on interdisciplinary approaches to food and nutrition challenges, specifically nutrition epidemiology, community nutrition, and food systems. Dr. Bukenya has previously served as a Programme Policy Officer for the World Food Programme and is currently a researcher on various agroecological and food system projects across East Africa.

[3] Ulrich Mbidjiho Talla [Cameroon] is an Executive at the Department for the Development of Animal Production and Industries of the Ministry of Livestock, Fisheries and Animal Industries. He recently completed his Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics at Kangwon National University, South Korea, following an engineering degree in Agro-Food Processing and a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. His academic and professional journey reflects a strong commitment to agricultural development, food systems, and entrepreneurship. He is passionate about entrepreneurship, and fostering innovation in agro-industries and supporting sustainable economic growth. He plans to pursue a PhD in Agricultural Economics, focusing on agricultural productivity, food security, and the role of policies and governance in shaping sustainable livelihoods.

[4] Mr Bayang Wangkagué Sylvain [Cameroon] is a holder of a Master’s degree in Animal Organism Biology, option Agricultural Entomology at the University of Maroua and a Bachelor’s in the same field obtained at the University of Ngaoundere. He is working on a Doctorate/PhD in Agricultural Entomology. Passionate about the fight against insect pests of stored foodstuffs, he plans to contribute to the fight against post-harvest pests in developing countries, by formulating biodegradable bioinsecticides, less expensive, non-toxic and easily used as analternative to synthetic insecticides for local farmers.

[5] Kossam Masina [Malawi] is an Agribusiness Management specialist serving as a Technical Implementation Support Broker (TISB) with the Agriculture Commercialization Project in Malawi. He holds a BSc and MSc in Agribusiness Management from Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources. His expertise centers on agricultural entrepreneurship, focusing on fish, soybean, groundnut, piggery, and poultry value chains, particularly among youth cooperatives. He developed an innovative low-capital Agri entrepreneurship model that shifts initial production costs to post-harvest stages.

[6] I Made Sudarma [Indonesia] is a professor of environmental economics at has been at Udayana University since 1986. He earned his doctorate from Udayana University, Bali, Indonesia, and previously received a master's degree in agricultural economics from the Bogor Agricultural Institute, Indonesia. He was formerly the Head of the Environmental Research Center at Udayana University and in 2018 was assigned to the Environmental Science Graduate Program. He has been involved in various research and studies related to environmental issues and agribusiness. He has partnered with the United Nations University Institute for the Advanced Study of Sustainability (UNUIAS) in Tokyo. He has been invited as a speaker at many seminars related with waste management issues, climate change impact in agricultural sector, sustainable development, as well as at various other international meetings.

[7] Isaac Busayo Oluwatayo [South Africa] holds a PhD from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He is a professor of agricultural economics with extensive experience in achieving tangible results through cross-team collaboration. Isaac is proactive in partnering with like-minded individuals and organizations to achieve goals. As an analytical educator and researcher, he is well-versed in the rigors of balancing research with classroom and administrative responsibilities. Isaac currently works as a Full Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness, University of Venda, South Africa. He has worked extensively on quite a number of topical research issues across Africa, and has also published several papers on poverty, food security, economics of climate change and smallholder agriculture, vulnerability, financial inclusion and social protection issues. He has mentored over seventy (70) undergraduate projects and supervised more than sixty (60) postgraduate dissertations and theses. He is an editor and member of editorial board of different journals in his area of expertise. He serves on the Editorial Board of AJFAND.

[8] Dr. David Nagi Iskander [Qatar] is a senior food safety and veterinary public health professional with over fourteen years of experience in surveillance, quantitative risk analysis, import food control, and regulatory enforcement. He holds a Doctorate in Food Safety and Veterinary Public Health and a Master’s degree in Applied Food Safety from Wageningen University, the Netherlands. His professional experience spans Sudan, the Netherlands, and Qatar. David is an experienced academic lecturer and researcher with extensive international training and collaboration, contributing to food safety research, capacity building, and evidence-based policy development across diverse regulatory and academic environments. His work integrates science, regulation, and education to strengthen global food safety systems worldwide sustainably.

[9] Dr. Eucharia Agom Ajah [Nigeria] is an Associate Professor and the current Head of the Department of Agricultural Economics at the University of Calabar. She earned her PhD in Agricultural Finance from the same institution. Her research specializes in agricultural financing, poverty studies, investment analysis, and agribusiness. Dr. Ajah mentors students across undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She has co-authored over forty articles in prestigious local and international journals and frequently presents her findings at global conferences. Recognized as a teacher par excellence, she balances her impactful academic career with her family life as a wife and mother.

[10] Lameck Vwalika [Malawi] is a graduate teacher assistant (GTA) and a PhD student in crops and soil sciences at Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR) in Malawi. He holds a Masters of science in agronomy from the same university. His research focuses on integrated soil fertility management (ISFM) and maize crop productivity. He has published articles in ISFM and maize crop productivity. He has been working in the fields of research since 2016. Lameck is passionate in agricultural research specifically soil health and crops productivity.

[11] Nkundabashaka Valens [Rwanda] holds a master’s degree in Soil and Water Engineering from the University of Rwanda, obtained in 2021, building on a bachelor’s degree in Irrigation and Drainage Engineering completed in 2018 at the same institution. He is currently a Lecturer at the University of Rwanda (UR) and a PhD candidate in Agricultural Engineering at UR. His academic and research work is driven by a strong interest in addressing water-related challenges in agriculture, particularly in developing country contexts. Mr. Nkundabashaka’s research focuses on agricultural water management and water productivity, with a special emphasis on nutrition-sensitive agriculture. His work aims to improve the efficiency and sustainability of water use in agricultural systems while contributing to food and nutrition security.

[12] Mahamoudou Koutou [Burkina Faso] is a senior lecturer at the University of Thomas Sankara in Agricultural Economic. He completed his PhD in Agricultural economics from Abomey Calavi University (Benin) and his engineering degree in rural development from Nazi Boni University (Burkina Faso). His research interest is in Agricultural Economics, Climate change, Agricultural value chain, Impact assessment, Agricultural innovations co-conception and diffusion, Food, agricultural policies and market analysis. He is a member of Laboratory for Rural Studies on the Environment and Economic and Social Development and currently.

[13] Kandodo Isaac Maganga [Malawi] is a Lecturer in Agronomy at Bunda College of the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR), Malawi. He completed his Master’s in Agronomy in 2023 and currently studying for a PhD at LUANAR. He worked as a senior technical officer in the Department of Agriculture Research Services (DARS) of the ministry of agriculture for 12 years before joining LUANAR in 2017. Passionate about improving crop productivity, his research focuses on pastures, legume based cropping systems and agroecology.

[14] Prof. Dr. Ki Han Kwon [Korea] has received his BSc degree from College of Natural Science, Korea University, Republic of Korea. He has continued his MSc degree in the Graduate School of Biotechnolgy, Korea University, Republic of Korea. Also, he got a PhD degree from Graduate School of Agriculture, Kyoto University, Japan. After getting his PhD, he has performed his Postdoctoral Associate training at Department of Pediatrics, University of Tennessee Health Science Center, TN, USA and Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, NJ, USA. Currently, he is working as a Professor at the College of General Education, Kookmin University, Seoul, Republic of Korea.
