Foreword [Volume 17 No. 1 (2017)]

We are happy to publish issue 77, containing 22 thoroughly reviewed articles. We wish to congratulate the authors for their achievement and to thank our reviewers and editorial board for their dedicated support. I also have good news, that we have finally been accepted by SCOPUS. It has not been easy to get here. It has taken a lot of hard work and a number of rejected applications. We shall continue to strive to uphold as high standards as possible. We also have one short communication, two commentaries and one book review.
